After seeing the Moon, we wet off at a steady pace to walk all the way to the equestrian centre. It felt like we were walking a marathon but it was actually only 2.5kms. But mostly uphill! The weather was amazing and we were blessed with blue skies and views of the ocean below and mountains around us. Such beauty. At last, with a lot of huffing and puffing, we rounded the bend and entered the centre. Everyone was so thrilled to meet the horses and we were quickly put into teams in order to get some riding and fun and games in. BUT, first the kids needed to groom the horses and then be a part of saddling them before riding. Lots of fun was had and everyone rode safely.
